At just 25 years old, Jessica opened Salon Beautopia in April of 2013 after being licensed for less than three years. She saw firsthand the frustrating salon experiences many clients were having and knew she wanted to create something better. Her goal was simple: for every guest to truly love their time in the salon.

Over the years, Jessica listened closely to both positive and constructive feedback from her clients and used it to shape every detail of the salon experience. From comfort to customer care, every decision was made with intention.
​
Our shampoo area is designed with comfort in mind — adjustable sinks, neck rests, and footrests (because the little things matter). We never rush a shampoo; we take our time and aim to give every guest a relaxing scalp massage they can actually enjoy.
​
We use a barrier cream before applying color and a gentle remover afterward — because no one should leave the salon with color on their skin. We also proudly carry products we personally use and love at home.
We never push products that don’t truly benefit our clients, and if something doesn’t work for you, we’re happy to exchange it. Sometimes it’s just about finding the right fit.

At Salon Beautopia, our team works together to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere. Every stylist plays a role in making sure each guest feels comfortable, cared for, and confident when they leave our chairs.

Jessica Browning
With 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, Jessica brings skill, creativity, and passion to every client she works with.
She specializes in blowouts, precision cutting, balayage, foilayage, highlights, tape-in hair extensions, makeup, and formal event styling.

Jessica has been a valued member of the Salon Beautopia team for over 9 years and is known for her attention to detail and ability to bring each client’s vision to life.
She truly shines when it comes to weddings and special events — her talent for formal styling and makeup makes her a go-to artist for brides and bridal parties alike.

Whether you’re preparing for a big event or simply refreshing your everyday look, Jessica’s goal is to make every client feel confident, polished, and beautiful when they leave her chair.
Melisa Vidal
MAKEUP ARTIST & FORMAL EVENT HAIR STYLIST
Melisa has been specializing in bridal makeup and hair since 2015.
Her love for makeup and beauty has been with her since she can remember. Everything started in her beautiful country Bolivia where she studied cosmetology. After she graduated, she moved to Rhode Island and here is where she followed her passion for weddings.
In the past, she had the pleasure to work at Sephora where she had the opportunity to learn about many different professional beauty brands.
Melisa has a modern approach to beauty. It is important to her that she really listen to each client to make sure they get what they came in for and so much more!
Ivan Cruz
HAIR STYLIST
With over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, Ivan has been a valued member of the Salon Beautopia team for more than 12 years. He specializes in long-lasting blowouts, dimensional color, highlights, foilayage, and precision haircuts, and is known for his exceptional attention to detail and polished results.

Ivan’s talent has taken him beyond the salon chair, with experience working at major fashion events such as Style Week Providence and New York Fashion Week.
​
Originally from Puerto Rico, Ivan moved to the United States at 18 and is fluent in Spanish. He takes pride in building genuine connections with his clients and ensuring every guest leaves his chair feeling confident, refreshed, and fabulous.
While he treasures his loyal, repeat clientele, he always welcomes new faces into his chair.
Taylor Kinch
HAIR STYLIST & MAKEUP ARTIST
Taylor joined Salon Beautopia in 2020 and is known for her vibrant energy, creativity, and genuine love for her clients. She specializes in vivid colors, custom color, highlights, foilyage, precision haircuts, tape-in extensions, and butterfly wefts.

With her friendly, easygoing personality and naturally chatty nature, Taylor creates a fun, welcoming experience in her chair. She truly enjoys building lasting connections with her clients and making sure everyone feels comfortable, heard, and confident throughout their appointment.
